Gold Medals and Ranks
The uniqueness of our College is its exemplary achievements in the field of academic performance. Securing ranks to the University in the B.Com. III examination every year is a special feature of our College. In the very first year i.e., in 1974, our student Mr.A.R. Dharwadkar bagged First Rank in the B.Com. I examination. During a period of 49 years, our College has secured 58 Ranks, of which four are First Ranks.
Some of the outstanding achievements of our students are as follows : In 1986-87 our student N.B. Diwakar secured the First Rank (and Gold Medal) to the University. In 1985-86, we have had Three Ranks. In 1987-88 again there were Four Ranks, in 1988-89 we could get Three Ranks and in 1996-97 there were again Four Ranks. In 1997-98 there were Two Ranks; in 1998-99 Two Ranks. Shri.N.K. Niranjan secured First Rank to the Karnatak University, Dharwad in the year 2000-01. In 2001-02 we could again get Two Ranks. In 2002-03, we could get two ranks, First Rank and Seventh Rank. In 2003-04, we could get Three Ranks i.e., First, Second and Tenth Rank. In the year 2004-05, we got Second Rank to the Karnatak University, Dharwad. Gold medal for Advanced Banking 2011-12 Dolly Yadav. Overall in a period of 49 years, our students have secured 58 ranks to Karnatak University, Dharwad.
