CSI College of Commerce, is managed by BMHEC, Basel Mission Higher Education Centre, which comes under KND, CSI- Karnataka Northern Diocese, Church of South India. BMHEC is a trailblazer and has been rendering yeoman services to the field of education for nearly 200 years. One of the prime intent of the Management beside academic excellence, is to provide a conducive atmosphere and environment for the holistic growth of the students, a desire to mould them into responsible members of the society. The BMHEC has few other educational institutions under its care.
