The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the College conducted Seminar on Personality Development, “Communication as a Catalyst” on Monday, September 16, 2025 for students of B.Com and BCA final Year.
The Resource Person of the Seminar was Shri Peter D. Rao, Faculty of English, in C.S.I. College of Commerce, Dharwad.
141 students attended the seminar which highlighted key areas of personality development like Self Awareness, Confidence Building and Public Speaking.
The seminar was a part of the SKILL RICH initiative of the college to make the students industry ready. .
Under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Kamala Dhawale, the Career Guidance and Placement Cell ably supported by all faculty and staff organised this activity.
